Questions people ask
Can I get my fee back?
Yes. If you are not approved, we refund your full fee. You also get a full refund if the home is rented before we run your screening.
Do I need a Social Security number?
No. You do not need a Social Security number to apply.
Do you accept housing vouchers?
Yes. We accept Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8) and other rental help. Add it on the Income step so we count it.
What if my credit is not great?
None of our rental homes have a credit requirement. Go ahead and apply.
When will I hear back?
Most people hear back in 1 to 3 business days. It can take longer if we cannot reach your landlord or employer.
Who sees my information?
Only our leasing team and our screening partner. We use it only to decide on your application. We never sell it.
